This client was painting his house and the patio and stairs were starting to rot after 30 years of normal wear and tear. It needed a new waterproofing system, as it is situated above the clients garage. It needed multiple steps replaced along with some new plywood and framing in some areas, and a new drain to tie into existing drain system. Every project is unique and different, but I strive to problem solve and make sure my clients are left satisfied and protected from the rain for the next 20 years.
